The “I Speak” project is a collaborative initiative to create a book that captures the moment when a person finds the courage to speak up for their values, choices, or decisions.  Our goal is to inspire resilience, courage, connection, and strength via the sharing of life experiences in a short story or poem.

This healing art visually captures the duality that can be felt in difficult positions in life, and then the energy shift when one feels they can express themselves healthily.
